Payments
Visa, MasterCard, bank draft/certified cheques, cash & debit are accepted. Third party financing is also available through www.beautifi.com & www.medicard.com. The details of payment for each individual procedure, which includes the cost of surgery, a facility fee, and anesthetic fees, can be discussed for each individual procedure. Payment is due 6 weeks before your scheduled surgery date.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 72 hours notice. This courtesy, on your part, will make it possible to give your appointment to another patient.
